CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy is the scheme provided on Punarvi Designers’s website available at www.Punarvi Designers.com or the mobile application under the brand name “Punarvi Designers” (collectively “Platform”) in relation to the products being sold on the Platform (“Products”).  This cancellation policy (“Policy”) lays down the mechanism in which an order placed by the customer or the reseller (“User”) on the Platform can be canceled by the User or the supplier or by Punarvi Designers.

 Cancellation by the User

When can the User cancel an order?

The User can cancel an order after the order has been placed through the Platform and before the order has been dispatched by the supplier.

How can the User cancel an order?

In order to cancel, the User can go to ‘My Orders’ in your ‘Profile’. Once user   are redirected to the My Orders page, click on the order of the product that user want to cancel. Click on cancel Order and provide the reason for the cancellation from the options provided.

What are the reasons due to which the User may cancel the order?

The User may cancel the order for the following reasons:

If the order was placed for testing;

If the User has placed multiple orders for the same Product;

If the expected delivery date is not acceptable for the User;

If the User wants to change the shipping or billing address;

If the User changes their mind about placing the order;

Cancellation by the supplier

When can the supplier cancel an order which has been placed?

The supplier can only cancel an order within 1 day after the day on which the Supplier was supposed to dispatch the Product.  

What are the reasons due to which the supplier may cancel the order?

The supplier may cancel the order for the following reasons:

If the ordered Product is not available with the supplier anymore;

If the ordered Product is out of stock with the supplier; or

If the supplier is unable to dispatch the order in time;

Cancellation by Punarvi Designers

When can Punarvi Designers cancel an order which has been placed?

Punarvi Designers can cancel the order anytime from the date on which the order has been placed till delivery of the Product to the User.

What are the reasons due to which Punarvi Designers may cancel the order?

Punarvi Designers may cancel the order for the following reasons:

If the address to which the Product is to be delivered is not serviceable;

If the delivery of the Product has been unsuccessful and the Product has been returned to the seller;

If the Product has been lost during transit;

If the payment has made through online methods by the User and Punarvi Designers did not get payment confirmation;

If the shipping address or billing address provided by the User is incomplete or incorrect;

If the supplier is unable to dispatch the order because of regulatory lockdown or other restrictions;

If the order has been auto cancelled by the system due to high risk of product returning back to the supplier;

If the supplier does not meet Punarvi Designers’s policies of fair business practices;

If Punarvi Designers does not get user confirmation during delivery;

If the User chose cash on delivery and cash on delivery is not available for the Product ordered;

If Punarvi Designers is unable to fulfill the order due to other reasons; or

If Punarvi Designers wants to cancel for any reason which Punarvi Designers may deem appropriate.

Refunds

How will the User get the refund?

If the User has made payment before cancellation of the order which has been placed, the money paid by the User shall be refunded. The refund will be credited to the same source of payment (bank accounts, UPI etc.) from which payment was received. If the User has chosen any other method such as wallets, the mount will be credited to the source of origin as well. The User will receive a refund of the entire amount paid by the User. In case of any discrepancies regarding receipt of refund amount, Punarvi Designers may request for additional information such as bank statement or any other relevant document.

Will the discount vouchers or other such promotional offers be reinstated?

If the User has used any discount vouchers or promotional offers when placing the order which has been cancelled, the discount vouchers or promotional offers will be forfeited.

When will the User get the refund?

Following are the processing timelines after the product is received by us or when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the products.

Refund Method: Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI Linked Bank Account

Refund Time Frame: 7 Days

Punarvi Designers reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove any portion of this policy at any time without any prior written notice to you. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates/ changes.

Punarvi Designers offers instant refund whereby the refund will be triggered within 4 (four) hours of the product being picked up and marked by the delivery partners as successfully picked up (“Instant Refund”). The refund will be reflected to the bank account within 3 – 7 Business Days or as Punarvi Designers Balance within a maximum of 2 Business Days. The following are the conditions which are required to be met for the return to be eligible for an Instant Refund:

1. Instant Refunds are only available for cash on delivery orders.

2. The product which is being returned should have successfully undergone a quality check by the delivery partners and should have been marked as successfully picked up for return on the systems of Punarvi Designers. Punarvi Designers reserves the right to not accept the return in the event the product is damaged, incorrect or for such other reasons as Punarvi Designers deems fit. 

3. In the event where the delivery partner is unable to mark the product as successfully picked up in the systems of Punarvi Designers, as a result of technical issues, Punarvi Designers shall not be liable to process the Instant Refund. 

4. Further, Punarvi Designers shall not be held liable for not processing the Instant Refund for reasons attributable to the delivery partner, which include instances as, product being marked cancelled instead of picked up, tracking details not available for the product picked up, etc. In such instances, Punarvi Designers may not be able to process the Instant Refund.

5. Instant Refunds will not be processed in case of instances whereby the systems of Punarvi Designers cannot generate a refund without manual intervention, i.e., it is not a system generated refund. Manual intervention is typically required in the following instances: 

1. In the event the refund request is raised for a missing product or a product that was not delivered to the customer. 

2. In the event that  the delivery partner is unable to update accurate details in the systems of Punarvi Designers regarding the product that has been picked up including tracking details for the product. 

3. In the event the customer has opted for self shipment, for any reason, and not routed the return via the delivery agents assigned by Punarvi Designers. In the event that the customer has mistakenly returned additional products along with the products for which the return was initiated.

4. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days .The Goods are in the original packaging We offer Return within first 1 day from the date of your purchase. If 1 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a return, refund of any kind. In order to become eligible for a return , 

(i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it, 

(ii) the item must have original packaging, 

(iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted           from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For return accepted request(s) (as applicable),                 once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned product. Further. If the           same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return ) will be processed in accordance with our policies. 

6. Instant Refunds are not available for customers who have purchased products from Resellers on the Punarvi Designers platform.  Punarvi Designers may not be able to process Instant Refunds in the event of unavailability of services due to any reason including technical issues and downtime,  which may include: (a) downtime in the bank servers which will hamper Punarvi Designers’s ability to process the refunds, (b) downtime in the Punarvi Designers platform or communication channel which disrupts the ability of the delivery partner to update the status of the pick up, or (c) other technical reasons which disrupts the process of return and refunds, as may be applicable.

7. Instant Refunds will not be processed if the bank details or UPI ID is not provided or is inaccurate. 

Punarvi Designers reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse Instant Refund for reasons including but not limited to: (i) any fraud or malpractice committed by the user and detected by Punarvi Designers at any point of time, (ii) for any other reason that Punarvi Designers may deem fit.

Please note that all the customer claims and requests for return/refund shall be subject to  Punarvi Designers’0 satisfaction.
